Alpha (10 Hz): helps with relaxation and sleep improvement.

Vielight products are safe and well-tolerated by most users. However, there are some contraindications and potential side effects to be aware of:

Contraindications:
We don’t recommend using our devices if you have active brain bleeds or a history of seizures. Pregnant women should also consult with their healthcare provider before using photobiomodulation devices.

Side effects:
Some users may experience mild and temporary side effects, such as headaches, dizziness, or slight discomfort at the application site. These usually subside as the body adjusts to the therapy.

The Neuro devices (Pro, Duo, Gamma, Alpha, and the Duo + Vagus combination) are timed for 20 minutes. The MIP is timed for 25 minutes.

You can use your Vielight device between every other day to six days a week, depending on your needs and health. For our Neuro devices, our general recommendations are:

Pro, Duo & Duo + Vagus: Once daily, alternate between Alpha and Gamma.
Gamma: Once daily, in the morning or early afternoon.
Alpha: Once daily, before bed.
