We ship globally to most countries. It takes 5 to 7 business days for your purchase to reach its destination, once your order has been processed.

We ship via local postal services within Canada, Australia, and the United States, and internationally using private courier. Vielight does not charge taxes, but your local country’s customs agencies will reach out for any import taxes that they may be required to pay, and we are unable to waive any of these fees.

The average shipping time for international orders may be longer depending on inspections by your local customs agency.

USA: Deliveries of all Neuro, XPlus, Vagus, and other products with a power bank require an Adult Restricted Delivery Signature, where only the receiver can sign for delivery and proof of ID is required.
Canada: Deliveries to all Canadian addresses require presentation of an ID card at pick-up.
Australia: Deliveries to all Australian addresses require a delivery signature.
Outside of Australia, Canada, and the USA: Delivery Signature and payment of customs duty are required.

All prices are listed in US Dollars. If you’re purchasing from Canada, we will cover the HST and GST costs.

Please note that Vielight and its payment processor do not charge any additional fees beyond the purchase total. However, some credit card issuers may apply foreign exchange or international transaction fees.

We offer an 80% refund, valid for 6 months from purchase, if our devices don’t meet your needs. This applies only to direct purchases from us or our authorized resellers, and refunds must be claimed through the original point of purchase. Please know that we do not refund intranasal applicators purchased separately.

Our products come with a 2-year warranty. If a device is defective, we will replace any faulty components within the warranty period.

The Neuro Pro 2 includes an extended warranty, providing 3 years of coverage in total.

As of 1st March 2017, we no longer authorize our devices to be sold on Amazon, eBay and certain online distribution channels.

Our customer support, satisfaction guarantee and product warranty will not apply to devices sold through unauthorized channels. We cannot verify the authenticity of devices purchased through these channels. If you are unsure if a device is genuine or from an authorized source, please contact us.
